Our main offices are located in Ras Al Khaimah, and Dubai providing us with proximity to major sports events and organizations. Our mission is to empower athletes, teams, and sports organizations to achieve their full potential through tailored strategic solutions. We offer a range of consultancy services, including athlete management, sports marketing, event planning, and sports talent scouting. Additionally we have completed football club acquisition,global partnerships between sports entities and global brands. Ksenia Shamilova
Director
with a background in Entertainment and Sports Media. She has worked in Asia, Middle East and Europe over 16 years of experience. She gives regular consultancy to Media Companies in Turkey and Russia. She also manages group of football scouts and agents international where the company provides football consultancy services to football clubs.
Our leadership team brings a combined experience of 20 years in the sports industry. The directors, Ksenia Shamilova , provide strategic guidance and leadership within the organization.She also provides knowledge in maximizing the value of the sports entities. Ksenia also give strategical guidance for the short, medium and long term goals of Flair & Vision Sports Consultancy. Ksenia Shamilova is in charge of the company’s financial stability and delivering the value to the customers
